I always felt like this album would fit as a rock opera, and this was the credits sequence theme.I always had the image of Wily, having survived the explosion, singing this song while walking past ruins caused by his attack. Eventually near the end of the song he gets a news paper, reading it, chuckles menacingly, and than walks off, with a zoom in on the paper showing Dr. Cossack and Kalyinka, foreshadowing the next game.
