I used to have this on the Vocalion issue- B-214. Does anyone know the reason for that strange Brunswick-produced label, which must have annoyed British Vocalion somewhat, to say the least? I do know that copies of these Vocalions from the same period turn up with "Kildare" labels obscuring the Vocalion name... Obviously legal proceedings must have been going on, with injunctions and so on...

Paree was the musical signature for the Boston Bruins, NHL hockey team. Even as a kid, I was struck by its originality as employed by a hockey club. And I was a Bruin diehard then and now. Regrettably the tune was dropped, a sign of wider degeneration in the country.
