Song should be retitled "Why is Phillip Glass famous". Minimalism my ass. Lets call it what it is- dumbed down romanticism. Its like he takes a Rachmaninoff song, guts it, flattens it, takes out anything that might require practice, makes the progression as obvious as possible, packages it and distributes it to Hollywood or non instrument playing imbeciles. We then brand it "minimalism" call him a ground breaking genius and give him as many awards as possible to validate our idiocy and line hollywoods pockets. Terrible stuff.
