Why put a commercial in the beginning to make a nickel when you didn’t write the song?

The Andrews Sisters made a great recording of this song in 1941. Rudy was a great showman.

It’s always interesting to me regarding The changing taste in popular music over the years.I always thought that Vallee was a much better actor than singer. But for some reason his way of singing was appealing to many people.Of course this was sought of brushed aside when Bing Crosby,a truly great singer, arrived on the pop scene.

Great Song! If you´re intrested please go and listen Finnish singer´sOlavi Virta´s Armi from 1952. There´s remarkable similarity. I am making an essay of these two songs.
