Hey, Mr. Tambourine Man, play a song for me
I’m not sleepy and there is no place I’m going to Hey, Mr. Tambourine Man, play a song for me In the jingle-jangle morning I come following you
Though I know evening’s empire
Has returned into sand
Vanished from my hand
Left me blindly here to stand
But still not sleeping
My weariness amazes me
I’m branded on my feet
I have no one to meet
And the ancient empty street’s
Too dead for dreaming
Hey, Mr. Tambourine Man, play a song for me
I’m not sleepy and there is no place I’m going to Hey, Mr. Tambourine Man, play a song for me In the jingle-jangle morning I come following you
Hey, Mr. Tambourine Man, play a song for me
I’m not sleepy and there is no place I’m going to Hey, Mr. Tambourine Man, play a song for me In the jingle-jangle morning I come following you
Tambourine Man, play a song for me In the jingle-jangle morning I come following you
I love the original one, I love Bob Dylan, and I love this song.
This is a great tribute to the original song.
Real musicians always do lots of different versions of their songs. For each live concert good musicians know how to modify some parts of the song and never play the same.
the bobs both share the same views on music of war and peace, this clash is nice character wise of both musicians and i dont think it was made to add new flavor to bob dylans song, i believe its just to show what they represent. It could have been more original but the thought of it also counts
