Carole King - It Might as Well Rain Until September mp3 download

I liked this type of Carol music before the 70s hippie version of her music, which was more free flowing. The Brill Building was the place where hits were made then in New York City, (The Drifters, Barry Mann, Neil Sedaka and many others for making hits constantly)and the well produced catchy tune was perfect for 1962 when JFK was our president, I was in 9th grade and the world was very, very rosy. This song went Top 10 for a while on the Billboard charts...very well done.

I was a pre-teen when this song came out. I still remember how much I liked it.

I agree totally a huge Carole King fan, this is definitely my favourite, very underrated in my view

I can really relate to this record as it became popular a few months after I returned to my wife after two years National Service.
