Any drummers listening to this? I feel like the playing style & the way the kit was recorded was WAY ahead of its time. Listen to just about anything else from mid ‘67 & it’s not even close. Sounds SOOOO good!!!

No wonder Forever Changes appears invariably in the top 100 rock albums of all time. I have the original vinyl version. Love mixed acoustic/electrical guitar, horns, strings etc on the album along with superb lyrics and experimentation in the word structure/order A milestone and i believe the last album before Lee saw Hendrix and changed to a harder sound.
