It’s my direction
It’s my proposal
It’s so hard
It’s leading me astray
My obsession
It’s my creation
You’ll understand
It’s not important now
My situation
It’s imagination
There’s no excuse
It’s instantly a game
The conversation
The combination
I tell the truth
My feelings still remain
All I need is Co-ordination
I can’t imagine
My destination
My intention
Ask my opinion
But no excuse
My feelings still remain
My feelings still remain
I love the 80s and grew up in the 80s..anyone else listening to this song now..somuch of talent from somany groups and the memories of living socialising ..going up to a girl and talking to her...asking for her phone number not cell phone or looking up on social media, thank you God and to my parents, especially my late mother who appreciated these songs and encouraged us in the arts.
Even though Reagan sucked. Some of the music from this era was not bad. New Order, The Police, The Primitives, Chris and Cosey, U.2.,Tom Petty who was still around from the 70,s, English Beat. Cars, Police. Sorry! Nothing beats late 60,s and entire 70,s.That includes everything made in America, muscle cars, classic T.V., cartoons, electronics.etc.etc.etc.etc.etc.etc.etc.etc.etc.etc.
I really love OMD and this music for years. After all this time, it is the first time I see the video clip...I admit I am a bit disappointed, I imagined something far more abstract and original, with geometrical shapes, stars or galaxies, stranges lanscapes, curious souvenir...
I like all omd songs and this is my kind of music too Stephen Clarke from Loughborough and garry whiting from Leicester we both are now ever so true gay partners forever together and we both like very same music together and before I met Stephen I like queen music and we both like proper stuff too
OMD has always been one of my fave bands and this has always been my fave song of theirs. Growing up with them and great music like this was such a privilege. Ahh, I miss the 80s too much sometimes. How can you not be bittersweet about those halcyon days of yore?
