I always knew “In my own dream “ is a masterpiece and my favorite song. Good to get some corroboration.

Dinwiddie or Sanborn? soprano= sanborn I swear sounds like Wayne Shorter on a really really great night and I LOVE Wayne Shorter. Just wow!

This is one of the the best recordings of all humanity.

The only commercial recording I know of with Butterfield on guitar, a multi-instrumentalist, a great blues singer in any room, and one bad motherfucker. Hats off to David Sanborn.

Have always been blown away by this solo.

I was lucky enough to be in a band with Paul , Rick Danko and Blondie Chaplin and we did this only once or twice during our 2 year run. But would always be the song in my head on the way home..maybe because I was in a dream band! ;)
