Used to see these guys on TV back then, black and white... I think. Caught them at the Lion Tavern on Molesworth Street back in 1975....I think. The pub was opposite the Shamrock.... I think.

This takes me right back to the late sixties at the Downtown Club. What a fabulous sound these guys made, especially the lead vocalist, Malcolm Hayman. How tragic that he died at such a young age, only 48. What a loss to the NZ music scene.
