I think today, don’t let the light shine in
Because I don’t know where I’m goin'
But it’s some place I ain’t been
And I don’t wanna see the faces
Of the people in the streets
I wanna get out of town
Baby, let the man chase ingognito
I’m having such a bad time
Almost losing my mind
Trying to shake off this crazy woman of mine
She’s a mad dog woman
With distemper in her mouth
Well, she must have seen me coming
'cause I’m here and I can’t get out
And she knows I’ve tried to leave her
And she’s out to get me back
Don’t put me, got to believe
It’s not the courage that I lack
I’m having such a bad time
Almost losing my mind
Trying to shake off this crazy woman of mine
Mad dog on the loose
Mad dog on the loose
Mad dog on the loose
Mad dog on the loose
Mad dog on the loose
Mad dog loose
Mad dog on the loose
Mad dog
Mad dog on the loose
Mad
Mad dog on the loose
Mad dog on the loose
Mad dog on the
Mad dog on
Mad dog
Mad dog on the loose
Hands are wearing other mens gloves
She got a face like an angel
Sapphire foxy nose
She’s got two legs instead of four
Hands instead of paws
No harm by her flashy nails
Vengeance quicker than pulse
I’m having such a bad time
Almost losing my mind
Trying to shake off this crazy woman of mine
Saw this band in March 1971, doing this album. I was only 15 and the lad playing the guitar who was unknown to most and who was only 17 set his fretboard alight with his sheer speed and dexterity. He was of course Gary Moore. The band played as tightly as on this track. Incredible.
