Coming up was glossy, but somehow still classy back in the days. They have since sort of experienced with musical styles, like pop, country, losing the Suede spirit. Of course, you cannot write the same stuff as before, but they are amazing at keeping the vocal and arrangement after all these years. This album is a strong come back indeed.

I have to say, I was not expecting something this bleak from them from the album, and less so from the video.

Just a sublime song. Brett growing old (dis)gracefully with insight, thoughtful reflection, pathos and beauty.

The album is absolutely awesome and the best since debut in my opinion. The guitar sounds very reminiscent of Johnny Marr whilst in the Smiths. So the Smiths with Bowie thrown in Win Win.
