Rien !
My Dad, Bill Kerr, the Australian actor and comedian knew him in Australia as everybody did, so we grew up with Dad playing lots of his songs. Then in UK when Dad was established as an Aussie with Handcock and Milligan etc. after the War. Tex showed up and was really flush with cash and was buying everyone drinks at the Overseas Visitors Pub in Earls Court and everywhere else. He had a briefcase full of counterfeit German money from the war and was living the high life till the cops got involved and then he pissed of to America till it calmed down a bit. Dad told wonderful stories about all the Aussie show people as he knew most, if not, all of them. I do miss him. True story, cheers.
