shangri la la la la la la...top gals...fooled em all...listen to that break...girls were absolutely unique never ever ever ever be another ...two sisters and a set of identical twins...positively great...shadow morton on the production, unheralded!...how can the assumption be that girl groups were over by 63--64?(very similar to the outlandish argument that rock n roll itself died from like 58 to the beatles )... the supremes were just starting to fire out hits via H-D-H, and these gals, the greatest of all didnt hit the charts til 64? failed arguement...long live the Shangri-las...drama as its finest...just a note, was playing ""you can never go home again, my wife had never heard it and she started balling, imploring it as the saddest song ever...thank you so very much for everything you have left us. ....and thats called "glad"!!!!!!!!!
